It’s beginning: The apartment handover is beginning!

On May 9, TÜV was at our residential complex Schwabing 20 20 and accepted the common property. The heating system, elevators, sanitary facilities, electrical installations, roof terraces, staircases, underground garage, fire protection, outdoor facilities and a lot more were inspected by the experts of the Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV). In officialese, this is called the “legal acceptance” and on May 13, 2011, the “contract fulfillment was officially declared”.

Furthermore, we are very happy, because it confirms again that Terrafinanz does not only offer their customers very good quality constructions, but rather also delivers punctually within the mentioned periods. Thus, the good news is: starting on May 16, 2011, the condominiums in “Schwabing 20 20” will be handed over to their owners. We congratulate the new owners!

The sales start was at the beginning of April 2009; in just 17 months, all 84 condominiums were confirmed. The sale is therefore complete, but we continue to report: Here you will find regular news about the construction progress, along with photos and videos and, at latest at the end of July 2011, we can present the finished houses with outdoor facilities.
