Position: tax assistant / financial accountant

Your tasks:

independent management of apartment construction projects from the planning phase to completion
Leading of the project team during all project phases
Coordination with external architects, engineering offices and technical designers
Quality, schedule and cost management
Dealing with authorities, sub-contractors, etc.
Technical consulting and realization of customer wishes

Your profile:

Construction engineer / architect or with similar training with an economical background
Years of occupational experience in the management of demanding, complete large construction projects for a construction company or developer
Distinct consciousness of costs and quality
Founded, practice-oriented project management experience
Analytical and conceptual capabilities
Convincing and team oriented
Authority and organization talent
Independent and determined work under high stress
Founded knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Project and legal handling according to VOB, BGB and MaBV.
