The construction work at "Am Fablhof" is running at full speed. A majority of the properties are being built with single, double or town homes. The first houses have already been moved into.
The construction progress is moving along for the apartments as well. The underground garage entrances are already built and the greening of the garden area will soon begin.
Current news: the new construction images give a good impression of the progress of the construction work and give an idea of how nice it will be here.
The move-in date is coming closer and closer in Schwabing as well. You can take a look at the progress of the construction work in the past weeks and months here:

We are not the only ones who have been documenting the construction work in Schwabing - a few months ago "Galileo" from the television station Pro7 documented it as well. We will soon let you know more information and when the finished piece about our "Schwabing 20 20" will be shown on TV.
