On 06.18.2011, the Munich developer was able to hand over the last apartment to a happy owner. The new residents are completely satisfied with their new home and praise the great neighborhood as well.
The sales start was at the beginning of April 2009 and in just 17 months, all 84 units were sold. Of course, Terrafinanz is extremely satisfied with this nice sales success, but it clearly shows how desirable the location in Munich-Schwabing is and that the planned concept of the condominiums was completely successful.
