Future-safe planning of the new residential complex in Munich Obersendling/Solln convinces experts, the press and guests

It has been official since December 08: The Munich city council assigned the construction rights for the residential complex "Isar Quartier" and on the past Friday, the sales start began for this mutual project of the construction companies Terrafinanz and Baywobau. The opening celebration occurred directly on the property at Koppstraße in Obersendling. In the sales pavilion, interested individuals had the first opportunity to see the plan and could receive information about the "Isar-Quartier" construction project. Of course, the good location, but also the future-safe planning of the condominiums convinced:

Directly by a large landscape park, 2 to 4.5 room apartments from about 55 to 123 m² of living space are being built, with balconies exclusively in the south or west direction and garden and roof terrace apartments. The equipment is of a high quality and the construction is in a massive brickwork design. There is an elevator from the lower floor to the top floor and this is particularly important: the low energy consumption in the heating system that maintains the standards of the Energy Saving Regulation (EnEV) 2009.

The "Isar-Quartier" is being built on a property of the city construction project "Südseite", the former Siemens premises in Munich-Obersendling/Solln. The urban railway and subway can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The buildings are located in the peaceful and green area of the "Südseite", near the Isar shores, directly near Solln and with a very good connection to the foothills to the Alps and the Munich inner city.

The beginning of construction for the large project "Südseite" for the residential complex "Isar-Quartier" is planned for early 2011. In the following years, about 450 million Euros will be invested in this property, there will be countless shopping and recreational possibilities, a 32,000 m² landscape park - car free -, a modern doctor's office, a nursing home and offices and thus, a lot of new workplaces for Munich-Obersendling/ Solln. These investments also benefit the "Isar-Quartier", which profits directly from this enormous expansion of the infrastructure.
