With the break of dusk, a large group of children waited for St. Nicholas.  The scent of gingerbread, cinnamon and mulled wine was in the air and the adults also looked forward to the appearance of St. Nicholas. According to the old tradition, St. Nicholas asked his famous question: "Were you good this year" and spoke with the children. Poems were recited, Christmas songs were sung and of course, gifts were given. The glowing eyes of the children and the smiles from the mothers, fathers, grandparents and friends were the gifts for St. Nicholas, who provided for a lot of joy on this evening. Up until bedtime, the guests enjoyed children's punch and mulled wine until St. Nicholas said goodbye to the many small and big guests. Of course, the "Fablhof" was discussed a lot on this evening. The quick construction progress received a lot of praise and the successful floor plans of the houses and apartments were often spoken about.

Last Thursday, the Munich construction company Terrafinanz invited guests to the first construction site festival at "Am Fablhof" in Putzbrunn. Despite some bad weather, the future residents, a lot of neighbors, friends and interested individuals met at the construction site and experienced a great festival in a relaxed atmosphere with Bavarian delicacies.  
 
The 120 visitors used the opportunity to take a look at the different house types in the Fablhof, because the skeleton of the first houses is up and a few are already plastered. The interior is completely under way, the first roofs are finished and the paths are created so that people could visit the houses with dry feet despite the rainy weather.  
 
Terrafinanz received a lot of praise for the sustainable planning of the Fablhof: Thus, not only the high-quality brick work and the heat insulation, but rather also the particularly flexible floor plan of the seven house types and the condominiums are meant. A popular topic among the guests was that each of the houses has its own heating system with future-safe and energy saving heat pumps.
