Terrafinanz Group
The Terrafinanz Group is one of the largest real estate companies in Munich and active since 1961 in the field of residential and commercial construction.
Our goal is to further the harmonious interaction of nature, architecture and the people who move among them. It is our stated aim to always try to meet the wishes, goals and visions of our customers, both in major and minor points, as best we can.

A major point for example is the choice of location, good conceptual urban planning, an emphasis on sustainable elements of construction such as access to various forms of transportation, the architecture of the landscape, the design of the facades and of course, last but not least, a generous mix of real estate types.

Quality
But we place equal emphasis on quality in “minor” aspects as well.

This begins with the design of individual floor plans und continues in the many quality criteria applied to the structural construction phase,

• in the quality of doors and windows
• in the details of the features included in the rooms
• in out comprehensive quality assurance system
• in our experienced site managers and our customer service

Upholding these standards of quality since 1961, we have completed the following in the Greater Munich area and beyond

• developed almost 7 million sq.m. of property
• on it built and supervised almost 12.000 apartments,
• more than ca. 1.500 private homes and
• 72 shopping centres and office buildings.
